Emily M. Telischak
Emily is a graduate from the University of Akron School of Law. She joined Rosenberg & Associates in 2022 where her practice focuses primarily on Criminal law and Domestic Relations. Emily has a passion for advocacy, and she enjoys helping people navigate through difficult times. Emily understands that the legal process can be complicated and stressful, but she is ready to give you the voice you deserve in a patient and easy to understand way.
While at Akron Law, Emily stayed busy as the President of the Animal Legal Defense Fund, a class representative for the American Constitutional Society and held multiple leadership roles on Law Review.
Emily’s internships primarily focused on criminal defense and domestic relations work in both the private and public sector. She also gained experience on the legislative level through her work improving laws for companion animals with the Animal Welfare Institute.
Emily enjoys spending time with her fiancé and friends in her free time. She also fosters kittens for a local rescue and has a few furry friends of her own.
