Michael D. Dailey, Attorney
Michael has been with Rosenberg & Associates for more than five years and focuses his practice primarily in the areas of Criminal Defense, Juvenile Law, and Probate Administration/Estate Planning. Michael also serves as a Guardian ad Litem in Portage and Medina Counties.
During his tenure at Rosenberg and Associates, Michael has represented clients in criminal cases ranging from simple traffic tickets and OVI’s to more serious matters including offenses with the possibility of life in prison without parole. Michael has also successfully argued cases before the Ninth and Eleventh District Court of Appeals, including matters of legal and permanent custody. Additionally, Michael has helped many families with estate planning issues and estate administration, serving as both attorney for and as administrator of estates when needed.
Michael holds certificates in General Mediation, Family Mediation, Domestic Violence Mediation and as a Parenting Time Coordinator. Michael is a graduate of the University of Akron School of Law and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Kent State University.
During his free time, Michael enjoys officiating NCAA and high school baseball and high school football.
